Client Product Satisfaction Guarantee
Clients who are not completely satisfied may return the purchased products to TimeOut for a replacement within 30 days from the Client purchase date. This includes products that have been found not to be sealed properly or contain a quality or quantity defect. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@timeouttribe.com. Shipping fees may be non-refundable. Promotional products and gift items are not available for exchange. The product guarantee applies only to orders placed through a TimeOut-authorized sales channel. Exchanges may be obtained by contacting the TimeOut Team at info@timeouttribe.com. When we receive the returned product, we will review it carefully and notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if its defect entitles you to a replacement and a repayment of your shipping fees. If you are entitled to a refund and/or replacement, we will replace or refund the amount in Canadian dollars, depending on the original method of payment.
