TimeOut Tribe may process and collect (hereinafter referred to as “collect”) various types of personal information about you under certain circumstances. We will use the personal information collected to provide and support TimeOut Tribe products and related services. To process payment information to facilitate purchase transactions

We process personal information that is stored in the CRM platform. The CRM generates tasks and draft email templates for the IC based on personal information that is stored in and available through the IC personal Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contact accounts.

In the event that we sell, license, or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets, we will notify you of the transfer, and allow you the opportunity to opt out of any transfer of your personal information to the acquiring company or entity.

To comply with government, law enforcement, legal and regulatory obligations

We will provide your personal information to an official government, law enforcement, legal or regulatory authority as is required by law.

As permitted by applicable privacy law, we may remove (i.e., anonymize, aggregate, mask or otherwise strip) any personal information we collect, process or store about you in such a manner that the information is no longer be attributed to you. If we do so, this information will no longer be considered personal information and thus, no longer governed by the applicable privacy laws.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
TimeOut Tribe uses technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect your personal information against accidental or intentional destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access and against other unlawful forms of collecting and processing. TimeOut follows industry standards and practices to help protect the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information that is collected and processed.

PERSONAL INFORMATION SOLD TO OR SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES
We take your privacy seriously and do not Sell or Share your Personal Information for monetary gains. Some of the Personal Information collected through cookies on our website, such as an IP address or a unique online identifier, by vendors providing advertising and analytics services, can be used for secondary purposes, such as creating a behavioral advertising profile, which can be considered Selling or Sharing under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). This is not considered a Sale under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). For disclosure requirements under CCPA, we have Shared or Sold the following categories of Personal Information for the following Business Purposes to the following categories of Third Parties.

SALE OR SHARING OF SENSITIVE OR MINOR’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

HOW WE SAFEGUARD MINOR’S PRIVACY: We do not knowingly Sell or Share any Sensitive Personal Information. We do not knowingly Sell or Share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age (USA), or 18 years of age in Canada. 


OPT-OUT OF SELLING/SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OR TARGETED ADVERTISING
California residents have the right to opt out of Selling/Sharing their personal information under CCPA. Virginia residents have the right to opt out of Targeted Advertising under VCDPA.

We take your Personal Information seriously and do not Sell or Share your Personal Information for monetary gains. However, some third-party vendors that provide us with advertising or analytics services collect Personal Information such as a unique online identifier or an IP address through Targeting, Performance, and Social Media cookies, which can be used for secondary purposes such as creating an advertising profile. This can be considered Selling or Sharing under the California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents can opt out of the Sale/Sharing of their personal information using the “Opt out of Sale/Sharing” toggle in the Cookie Preference Center using the “Cookie Settings” link below.

Virginia Residents have the right to opt out of Targeted Advertising under VCDPA. Personal Data such as an IP address or a unique online identifier collected through Targeting, Performance, and Social Media cookies can be used for Targeted Advertising. Virginia users can opt out of Targeted Advertising using the “Opt out of Targeted Advertising” toggle in the Cookie Preference Center using the “Cookie Settings” link below. Some browsers and browser plug-ins allow you to select and send an opt-out preference signal for opting out of the Sale/Sharing of Personal Information and from Targeted Advertising. Our website can detect such signals and we will opt you out from Sale/Sharing of your Personal Information and from Targeted Advertising if we detect an opt-out preference signal.

HOW WE PROTECT THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The security of your Personal Data is very important to Arbonne. We have implemented appropriate security measures preventing your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered, or disclosed. However, you should know that no website operator, including Arbonne, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information. While TimeOut Tribe has endeavored to create a secure and reliable website for users, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from the website or via e-mail cannot be guaranteed.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect personal information or any other identifying data from individuals under 16 years of age. Should we discover that we have collected the personal information of an individual under 16 years of age, we will either delete the personal information or obtain the consent of the individual’s parent or legal guardian to process the personal information, where required by law.

As a convenience to our visitors, this website may contain links to other sites that we believe may offer useful information. RESPONSE TO “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS
Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals.  Since uniform standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not yet been adopted, Arbonne does not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

PRIVACY RIGHTS OF CALIFORNIA AND VIRGINIA RESIDENTS
California and Virginia residents can exercise the following privacy rights, which are granted to them by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). If your Personal Information was collected in a business-to-business context, as a job applicant, or as an employee, then only California residents can exercise the rights below. Virginia residents can only exercise these rights if their Personal Information was collected as a consumer. These rights are not applicable to Virginia residents whose Personal information was collected in a business-to-business context or as an employee or a job applicant.

HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
To exercise any of your privacy rights or submit an inquiry or complaint, send us an email to ceo@timeouttribe.com. We will respond at the earliest opportunity and within the time period specified by applicable privacy laws and regulations. We will need to verify your residency and your identity before we can fulfill your rights to Access/Know, Rectification/Correction, Deletion, or Data Portability. We may ask for your information such as your full name, email address, current residential address, phone number, customer ID, and either the date of purchase for your last order or the products purchased in your last order. This information will be matched with information that we have about you, to verify your identity and the state in which you reside. We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days of receiving it. If your identity can not be verified, your request may be denied. If we need more time to fulfill your request, we might take up to an additional 45 calendar days to fulfill your request, for a maximum total of 90 calendar days from the day the request is received. We will provide you with notice and explanation if we need more than 45 calendar days to respond.

You may use an Authorized Agent to submit a request for your rights to Access/Know, Rectification/Correction, Deletion, or Data Portability. We will ask the Authorized Agent to provide your signed permission to submit the request on your behalf. We will also need to verify your identity directly with us and confirm that you provided the Authorized Agent permission to submit the request. If you provide your authorized agent a power of attorney, then we will not ask you to verify your identity directly with us or to confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.

NON-DISCRIMINATION
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights under the CCPA or the VCDPA (USA only).
